Love the new clothes. They remind me how much I enjoyed making children's clothes years ago. It was easy to make my own as well. A local shop displayed fabrics and patterns were available. Our mother, your grandmother, made all our clothes and knitted cardigans and gloves and socks. Your Aunt is and has been a great knitter all her life. No knitting machines were used. During World War socks were knitted for the troops. Hands were never idle. Aunt Becky.

Love, love, love these! What's the link to the pattern for the nappy cover again? I'm making the crossover pinny for gifts for friends with babies at the moment :) I wish the pinny came in different sizes too, I've not so good at altering patterns!

She also has a pinny pattern (not to mention lots of other gorgeous sstuff! Including the matching hat I made ... not sure if I blogged that) but I had one already.

The hat was easier to make than I thought and brings the whole outfit together.
